Illegal Immigration Blog #2
This article/website, http://immigrationcounters.com, contains current statistics that change every second. They are outstanding and more people should be informed of this so that something could be done.
As of April 16, 2010 9:18 PM, there are 22,738,318 illegal aliens in the Country, 578,426 OTM illegals in the Country, $28,293,759,403 money wired to Mexico since January 2006, $254,171,208,979 money wired to Latin American since 2001, $397,453,443,253 cost of Social Services for Illegal Aliens since 1996, 5,020,659 children of illegals in Public Schools, $14, 042,311,695 cost of illegals in K-12 since 1996, 419,474 illegal aliens incarcerated, $23,962,351,685 cost of incarcerations since 2008, 739,332 illegal alien fugitives, 3,291,034 anchor babies since 2002, and 11,562,177 skilled jobs taken by illegal aliens.
The U.S. government spends tens of millions of dollars each year trying to persuade federal circuit courts to uphold orders for thousands of illegal immigrants to leave the country, but those orders have been enforced in only one-fifth of the cases. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, a branch of the Department of Homeland Security, is responsible for "removing" illegal immigrants who stay in this country against the law. More than 80 percent of the illegal immigrants whose deportation orders were upheld by a federal appeals court last year were still in the country. If people are not getting removed then why should we still be paying for it, why should we pay for it from the get go. About 8,000 cases made it to the U.S. Court of Appeals last year and the study tracked the 7,200 cases in which the Justice Department prevailed. The study found that despite winning those cases, only 1,375 illegal immigrants, 19 percent, had been removed as of last month. People need to stop complaining about how this is so bad and to stop saying that they are doing something when they really are not. Something has to be done, not later but now.

Illegal Immigration Blog #1
Illegal immigration is the movement of people across national borders in a way that violates the immigration laws of the destination country. Illegal immigrants are also known as illegal aliens to differentiate them from legal aliens.
For the leftist pro-criminal amnesty crowd here is a small sample of what is in store for your children’s future. Keep in mind that during the 1986 Amnesty push the number of border crossing increased 1000%. So these are just very low ideas of actual facts about immigration and immigrant criminals that you can expect for your children to deal with.
From the 2006 (1st Qtr) INS/FBI Statistical Report
“12 Americans are murdered every day by illegal aliens. (that’s more than 21,900 murders by illegal aliens since September 11, 2001)
13 people per day are killed by illegal immigrants who drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol. An additional 4,745 premature deaths per year.

Over 70% of the United States annual population growth (and over 90% of California, Florida, and New York) results from illegal immigration, at a cost of nearly $68,000,000,000.00 annually.”
If all that was calculated in 2006, then imagine what the calculations look like now. Something needs to be done so that these numbers do not escalate even more. We have to make the future for our children safer and for them to have more opportunities that these people are taking from them.
From personal experience I know illegal’s who receive free medical treatment and take advantage of it and I know legal’s who work, barely make any money, and still have to pay for an insurance that does not cover anything. I myself was born here and have medical needs but an insurance that does not do me any good just causes more problems.
